If your flight is delayed or cancelled
- Your airline handles rebooking, meals and hotels. Use its app or desk first; the airport cannot rebook you.
- Missing or damaged bags on arrival at BHX go to the airline's handling agent. See lost property and baggage for who to call.
- Stuck overnight? See hotels at the airport and the NEC, several of which are a short walk from the terminal.

Questions travellers ask
Can I check a flight for tomorrow?
Yes. Choose Tomorrow next to the flight number. Times can change, so check again on the day.
Why is there no gate?
Gates often appear only a short time before boarding. Watch the screens in the departure lounge; the airport does not make gate announcements.
Last checked 13 October 2026. Spotted something out of date? Details at the airport change often; the airport's website and your airline have the final word.
